By downloading or using FaveAI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is provided by 2Pens Media ("we", "us").
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
FaveAI analyzes photos on your device to recognize people you choose and to mark or save their best photos as Favorites or to a "FaveAI" album in your Photos library. The App modifies your photo library only by adding Favorites and creating/adding to that album; it does not delete photos. You are responsible for reviewing the photos it selects.
FaveAI offers optional paid upgrades ("FaveAI Pro"):
For subscriptions: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region.
FaveAI uses on-device machine learning to recognize people and select photos. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete, and you should review its selections. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2Pens Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any changes made to your photo library.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
